We build these parts ourselves, and we want you to be happy with them. If something isn't right, tell us — we'll make it right.
Floating shelf brackets & accessories
Changed your mind? Send them back within 30 days of delivery, unused, and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method once they're back with us. Return shipping is on you for a change-of-mind return.
If a bracket arrives defective, that's on us — we'll cover return shipping and either replace it or refund you, whichever you'd rather.
Welding fixture tables
Our tables ship on a freight truck, and sending one back costs a serious fraction of what the table is worth. So tables are final sale — please measure twice before you order, and reach out beforehand if you're unsure which size or thickness fits your shop.
That said, we stand behind the steel. If any part of your table arrives defective, damaged, or missing, we'll ship you replacement parts at our cost. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your table with your order number and a few photos, and we'll get parts moving.
When your freight table arrives
Look the shipment over before you sign for it. If you see damage to the crate or the contents, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Carriers won't honor a damage claim without it, and that note is what lets us replace the parts for you at no charge.
